The hard part

Your career runs on who you know, and who knows you.

Not more people. The right ones: the leaders at the companies you want, the people who hire, the people they sell to. And they’re hard to reach.

01

Find them

The few who matter, among millions on LinkedIn.

Over months, and in person.

Time you don’t have

So we built someone to do it for you.

1Your goal

It starts with your goal.

Tell your assistant where you’re going and the area you want to be known for. Then it maps the people who matter for it. Every person it finds, every post it writes and every dinner it brings you aims there.

  • ✓ Lead a marketing team
  • Join a bigger company
  • Start my own practice
  • Move into a new industry
  • Your goal
  • Companies that could hire you
  • Their leaders and hiring managers
  • The people they sell to
2Your network

150 of the right people. Every week.

From your own LinkedIn, each with the right first message, written for that one person. Not a template. Not a pitch.

The first message, for Daniel · VP Marketing

Hi Daniel, your post on marketing AI to banks was spot on. I’m building my network in AI in financial services. Would love to connect.

3Your name

Known for one thing.

Your assistant reads X and LinkedIn to learn what your people care about this week, then writes your posts on exactly that, in your voice. Nothing is posted without your OK. Our community engages with your posts, and you with theirs.

4In person

Online opens the door. Relationships happen at the table.

That’s what Country.Club is for: private dinners, hosted by people worth knowing. Reputable hosts run small dinner clubs in many fields, every month, with senior people at the table.

5Your role

The companies on your map want these rooms. So you ask them one question.

“Who do you want to meet?”

Your assistant asks, from your LinkedIn. Country.Club brings the people they name to a host’s table, and the company sponsors the dinner. You never sell anything.

You → Daniel Brooks, VP Marketing

Daniel, I co-host private dinners with heads of AI at banks in the Bay Area. Who would your team most like to meet?

Daniel Brooks

Heads of AI and model risk at banks. If you can get them in a room, we’ll sponsor.

A match: The Model Risk Table · Ana Ruiz

Daniel’s company sponsors Ana’s dinner on November 19.

Questions

Good to know.

Is it really free?

Yes. Joining costs nothing, and Country.Club pays for your LinkedIn Premium. We’re paid by the companies that sponsor dinners, and you get a share of what they pay.

What do I actually do?

Answer a few texts a week: approve your posts, say yes or no to messages and dinners. Your assistant does the rest: finding people, connecting, writing, asking companies who they want to meet.

How much do I earn?

$1,000 to $4,000 per company that sponsors a dinner through you, depending on what they pay and their contract. You don’t sell anything, and there’s no limit to how many companies you bring.

Do I have to go to the dinners?

No. Your seat as co-host is there if you want it, and it’s where the real relationships start. You’re paid either way.

Is my LinkedIn safe?

Your assistant works on your own private computer in the cloud, which only you can open. Nothing is posted or sent without your OK, and you can stop it anytime with one text.

Who is this for?

Marketing, growth, sales, talent and business development people who want the right network and a name in their field, without spending their evenings on LinkedIn.
