The usual ways cost you upfront, and rarely put a decision maker across the table from you.

  • 04Waiting for the right eventMonths away

The way you organize these events is unique and creates a tremendous amount of value. I especially liked having a ‘guide’ at each table, which made it much easier for everyone to participate.

Questions

Everything you’d want to know.

When am I charged?

Only after the dinner, for each buyer who sat in your room. You buy credit in advance, from $8,000, and it’s drawn only then. Nothing is charged before the dinner.

What does each person cost?

It depends on their seniority: $600 for an individual contributor up to $1,800 for a C-level executive. You see every price on your list before anyone is invited. Their food is billed at the venue’s cost.

What if someone doesn’t show up?

You’re not charged for them. Guests outside your ICP are never charged either.

How do you get my buyers to come?

A trusted executive they already know hosts the dinner and invites them, around a topic they care about. Guests choose to come; nobody is pushed. Ada is trained to find that path for each buyer.

Can I choose exactly who comes?

Yes. Define your ICP, upload your target accounts and the exact people you want. Ada builds the list and you confirm it. Your customers and competitors stay out.

Is the room only ours?

Yes. It’s your own room inside the dinner, with your brand in the app, on the menu and on the screens. No other company is in it.

Where and how fast?

Any city, and around the conferences you’re going to. Text Ada where you’ll be and who you want to meet, and she sets up a dinner there.

What do I get after the dinner?

The follow-up meetings both sides agreed to, booked for you, and a report: who came, from which companies, and what happens next.

Can we use it to hire?

Yes. Tell Ada the people you want on your team instead of buyers. Buyers and candidates never share a room.
