For club founders

Your own dinner series, with the people who move your field.

Once a month, in your city, around your table. Ada, your AI organizer, finds the guests, fills every seat and runs the night. You lead the conversation.

  • Ten minutes to set up
  • You never pay for the dinners
  • Stop anytime

Country.Club dinners have been hosted by leaders from Zoom, Zscaler, Cerebras, NetApp, Google, Walmart and NVIDIA

Your theme

Every field has a few people who move it. Bring them to your table.

Pick the area you want to be known for. Ada finds the decision makers in it, near you, and brings them together every month.

Be known

The voice of your field

Every month, the people who matter hear your point of view, in person.

Connect

Decision makers, together

Leaders who rarely share a room, at your table, because of you.

Lead

Shape what happens next

Lead the conversations that move your field forward.

How it works

You give it ten minutes. Ada does the rest.

  1. Tell Ada what you want

Your goals, your theme and your city. Name your club.

    Ten minutes
  2. Ada finds your guests

Your community first, then the right leaders near you. Anyone you name is never contacted.

    Every week
  3. Ada invites, in your voice

A personal note asking for availability. When enough people can make the same night, the date is set and your link goes out.

    Nothing promised
  4. You answer by text

Confirm a list. Approve a post. Say yes. That’s your whole job.

    A few texts a week
Your list for November 19 is ready: 144 people. Tap to review.
Looks great. Send it.
Done. I’ll handle the rest.

Why it works

Not a dinner. A designed evening.

Everything that makes a night unforgettable is done for every guest, every time.

  1. 1

    Every guest is asked

What they want to talk about, and who they want to meet.

  2. 2

    Every seat is matched

Same question, different companies. Builders right next to buyers.

  3. 3

    A podcast before they arrive

A short brief on who is at their table, and what to ask them.

  4. 4

    A designed conversation

From the welcome to the closing round, minute by minute.

  5. 5

    Full tables

Reminders, check-in at the door, and late changes handled.

  6. 6

    Their own photos, after

Sent to each guest personally, with the introductions they asked for.

What guests say

That’s why they come back.

The way you organize these events is unique and creates a tremendous amount of value. I especially liked having a ‘guide’ at each table, which made it much easier for everyone to participate.

The money

You never pay for the dinners. You can earn from them.

Without a sponsor, guests order and pay for their own food. With one, dinner is on the sponsor, and you get half of what they pay.

  • No sponsor

Guests pay for their own food

Through the venue, at the table. You pay nothing.

  • With a sponsor

Guests eat free. You earn half.

A company pays to meet your guests. We find it, you approve it.

  • If you like

    Add a membership

Charge a service fee for your dinners, or keep them free.

One sponsored dinner, for example
The sponsor pays$12,000
Your share$6,000

One company per dinner, chosen with you. Its name sits next to yours, and your guests are never sold to.

Questions

Everything you’d want to know.

What does it cost me?

Nothing, ever. Without a sponsor, guests order and pay for their own food at the restaurant. With a sponsor, guests eat free and you get half of what the sponsor pays. You can also add a membership with a service fee for your dinners, or keep them free.

How much of my time does it take?

Ten minutes to set up. After that, a few texts a week to confirm lists and approve posts, and the dinner itself, once a month.

Who comes to my dinners?

The people who move your field: your own community, plus decision makers at the right companies near you. You confirm every list before anyone is invited.

Can I invite my own guests?

Yes. Share your registration link, or text Ada their names. You can also tell Ada never to invite someone, for one dinner or for good.

What will Ada post for me?

One post a week around each dinner: the announcement, the people coming, who showed up with a short video, and what was discussed. Nothing goes out without your OK.

Who can see my accounts?

Only you. Everything runs on your own private computer in the cloud. Not even the Country.Club team can open it.

Where and when are the dinners?

Once a month, on a fixed day, in your city, at a great venue near you. Change the date or skip a month by text.

Can I stop?

Anytime. Just text Ada.
